Main job accountabilities

Profile Requirements

- § University degree in Construction, Hydro or Mechanical Engineering.
- § Excellent command of English and ability to write reports.
- § Minimum 3 years of working in road construction, underground works, construction supervision or coordination of building sites.
- § Very good knowledge of PC, MS Office, Auto Cad etc.
- § Very good communication skills, verbal and written.

Scope of Work:
This is one of the managerial positions within the company that will have the responsibility to administer all heavy machinery investment of the company in the country.
Main job accountabilities
- § Administration and charging of equipment
- § Administration and operation of workshops
- § Supply of equipment (rent, leasing, purchasing)
- § Maintains of the equipment
- § Schedule reporting personnel to ensure proper coverage determined by the needs of work
- § Able to quickly respond to dynamic projects and workplace changes
- § Manage and supervise the installation, regular services and repair of machineries.
Profile Requirements

- § University degree in Technical or Economic sciences.
- § Excellent command of English and ability to write reports.
- § Minimum 3-5 years of Managerial experience in managing machinery works
- § Excellent time management and coordination skills
- § Familiar with trucking terminology
- § Effective management of people, time, and resources, preferably within large groups, and across a number of job sites simultaneously.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Maintaining personal contact with customers and interested parties for JUMO in their trading area. Supervision of
customers and prospective customers assisting them in the process measuring and technology control as well as
technical problems under application of JUMO products .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Customer liaison and support of interested parties in the sales force according to company's agreed
guidelines and targets;
- Preparation of technical questions and issues arising from customers and inspections;
- Implementation of agreed orders and sales targets;
- Preparing and implementing sales and marketing plans for each sales region in cooperation with the
competent office and sales management;
- Introduction of new products to the market;
- Conducting market surveys and finding information on competitive companies.
- Service and booth visits incl. fair reports ;
- Complaints Recording to be further processed by means of a visit report;
- Client acquisition;
- Processing of resubmission deadlines for offers templates, prospective requirements, projects, future needs
and order requests of Head of Export.
- Quantity and orders planning;
- Business knowledge;
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred 3-years completed specialized technical education ;
- Completed Engineering studies with a focus on process measuring and Technology Control ;
- General electronics technician or a comparable training;
- Several years of relevant professional experience (1-5 years)
- Good knowledge of MS Office products;
- Open personality with strong communication skills;
- Driving license;
- Language skills: German - negotiable (preferred) or English - negotiable

Scope of work :

Responsibilities :

recommendations to functional strategic thinking and direction;
- Planning, organizing and controlling business activities and results
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating
new opportunities;
- Preparation of business plans for Marketing and Sales Department;
- Supervise the achievements of marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing
and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing
action plans; supervising the implementation of customer-service standards; resolving problems;
completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change;
- Supervise the identification of marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements;
defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected
business; establishing targeted market share;
- Participate and contribute in the preparation of company policies as well as their implementation;
- Signing agreements in accordance to job competences;
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;

Required Skills
- University degree in the relevant field Finance/IT/Marketing/BMGT/Law.
- Relevant experience in IT and Telecommunication (FMCG, international consulting firm) of at least 3
years in a leadership position in marketing or sales in Albania or the SEE region;
- Tracked successful experience in selling and negotiating skills; analytical and structured way of
thinking & working;
- Leadership and organizational skills, integrity and loyalty;
- Ability to develop Sales Strategy, operational plan and effective system for each distribution channel;
- Good presentation skills, high energy level and results driven personality.
- Excellent command in English language.
