| • In order to successfully qualify for the Brain Gain incentive package, each candidate must register in the Brain Gain Database, via: www.braingain.gov.al/adviser.asp |
| • The candidate has been selected for a position in the adminstration or university; has succesfully completed post-graduate studies at the Master and/or PhD level from a university abroad |
| • The candidate must have shown excellent academic performance, having achieved above-average grades |
| • In case of a returnee, the candidate has not been in Albania for a period longer than 1 year |
| • For the purpose of our Programme, a valid MA/MS is equivalent to a master degree earned after completing at least three full-time semester studies |
| • All of those interested to apply for one or more of the vacancies listed on our site, should send their complete application folder to the appropriate address. One should apply directly to the university of choice (in case of Professor positions) or to the Department of Public Administration (in case of positions in the administration) |
