This database is intended to reflect the fast qualitative and quantitative changes of the Albanian academic scientific elite in developed countries in order to identify those who can contribute to higher education, public administration, and business development. It will serve universities, research institutions, the public administration, and think tanks to connect the expertise of the Diaspora to expertise within the country. Obtaining and sharing information of a scientific and technical nature can benefit national academic and scientific communities.
