1. Fulfill all the legal requirements related to the educational level and professional ability of the advertised position
2. Be healthy and fit to complete the required duties under the advertised position
3. Not have previous criminal records
4. Not have disciplinary measures taken against, leading to expulsion from the Civil Service of Albania
